Shipping & Returns


We ship all of our packages as untracked oversized letter mail to help keep the shipping costs at a minimum.  The delivery time for untracked is usually about 2-4 weeks, depending on how far your location is from ours, but can also differ and either be shorter or longer.  Longer in and around the holidays, or if Canada Post is backed up.  To check to see what delivery times are to date please click here and Canada Post's website will pop up in a new window.

Once we put your order into the mail, we will not be able to tell you where it is and if they lose it, we are not responsible for lost mail.  For any US orders, we are also not responsible for any possible duties or taxes once your order arrives in America.

If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to tracked (within Canada) to know where your package is, have insurance if it goes missing or is damaged, and have a little bit of a shorter delivery time, please select tracked at checkout.

We also do offer contactless porch pick up at our location in Kanata.  Simply select pick up at checkout and more details will follow once your order is ready.


Returns & Exchanges

Given the nature of our collection, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.  All products are final sale due to hygienic reasons.

If any item has come apart please send us an email by replying to your order notification email to let us know.  A photo and a description will be required, as well as must be within 60 days of your shipping date.  If this is the case, we would be happy to repair or replace your item at a no charge.
